chy-rbiwcaagfzgWelcome to Ottis to the Rescue, where a little dog named Ottis makes a big impact on the lives of homeless animals.

Ottis and Foster Mom work as a team to train and rehabilitate dogs in need of a second chance, so that they can be adopted into loving homes. Fostering since 2005, this dynamic duo has fostered well over 100 dogs and cats.

In 2009, Foster Mom co-founded Motley Zoo Animal Rescue, a 501(c)(3) volunteer-run, foster-based animal rescue organization based in Redmond, WA. As of the end of 2016, Motley Zoo has saved over 2,500 animals and counting. While they primarily focus on dogs and cats, they have also rescued a handful of small animals, as well as a house pig and a cow!

Specializing in the more troubled cases, Ottis and Foster Mom have worked with a wide variety of dogs (and some cats) from all kinds of backgrounds, including dogs rescued from hoarding situations and puppy-mills. Join their rescue journey, where they share the process and progress of all the animals that come into their care. From the initial intake through to the adoption, and all the shenanigans in-between, join them in their inspiring rescue journey.
